I recently lost my husband and spentba weekend in Southern California. I just needed some time alone. As I was in my Uber headed to the beach, I noticed the CatCafe and was immediately interested. After my time at the beach , I walked to the café. It's not an actual "Cafe", but they do have some yummy canned drinks. (There is a Starbucks on the corner you're just in it for the coffee.) The staff was so friendly and kind. Spending 30 minutes in there, with the sun coming through the glass and hitting my face, surrounded by all those cuties helped heal my soul ❤️ There's nothing like having kitties come sit in your lap or snuggle in the nape of your neck. I walked out of there lighter and with a smile on my face I hadn't had in a while. All the cats and kittens are up for adoption, I wish I lived closer because there were a few I wanted to take home. I will definitely go back!

not much of a cafe per se more like an indoor catio where you can play with the kitties. there’s lot of cats of all ages ready to play and/or sit in a chair with you. even if you’re not looking to adopt, it’s so much fun to hang with some very sweet cats. they’re clearly very well taken care of so they’re all very social.

Love this cat cafe! I try to come in every few weeks to get my cat fix 🥰the staff is kind and friendly, the kittos are always entertaining (especially the kittens) and the facilities are spacious. Sometimes it smells a bit like kitty litter but its nvr terrible and tbh i doubt id be able to do any better with so many cats 😅

Absolutely wonderful place. It’s clean and spacious with lots of room for the kitties to either interact with humans or get away if they need some alone time. There were many sweet and playful cats PLUS a kitten room with adorable, snuggly little kittens (that has a window on the street and catches the attention of many a passer-by!). The staff was friendly and welcoming, it was overall a 10/10 experience and I’m so glad we stopped in while visiting LA!

Went in for a visit. Came out a cat dad. The Cat Lounge Café is the real deal. What immediately stood out is how well the cats are treated — they have full freedom to roam, plenty of toys to keep them entertained, and they're well fed and cared for. You can tell this place genuinely prioritizes making it a warm, comfortable space for the cats while they wait for their forever home. It's not a shelter — it feels like a home. The staff made the whole adoption experience seamless. Jude especially was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through the process. The rest of the team matched that same energy, and it made everything feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier — we found our girl Pinky, and she's already stolen our hearts. 10 out of 10, would recommend this café to anyone thinking about adopting. Don't hesitate, just go.
